Defendant PI  Department

JOB TITLE:  Administrative Assistant  


To provide administrative support to the Defendant PI department and to cover the Front of House for the company when required.


Collecting the DX in the morning and the evening in rotation with the other Administrative Assistants
Conveying papers to Counsel
Assisting with departmental spread sheets
Processing new files on Proclaim (case management software)
Archiving files
Sort incoming and outgoing post on a daily basis
Chasing insurance companies for payment of cheques
Assist Fee Earners with filing, scanning, photocopying and pulling of post

The successful candidate will also be required to cover Front of House. Front of house duties include:-

Meet and greet clients
Answer phones
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls
Book and manage meeting rooms via Outlook
Organise taxis, couriers and general ad-hoc requests
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, faxes and emails
Franking of post and deliver to the post office
Maintain a safe and clean Front of House area
Making tea/coffee for clients and visitors as necessary

The successful candidate will have administrative experience working within an office environment and Front of house experience. The successful candidate will possess first class communication skills and will be well presented to represent Rollingsons in the best possible light at all times.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.


Office hours will be 9.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) with one hour for lunch.

Salary negotiable and dependent on experience. Immediate start.
