Service Level Agreements
A service level agreement sets out a relationship between two parties, the supplier and the customer. A service level agreement is used where the supplier agrees to provide ongoing services to the customer and records each parties responsibilities, the level of services and any guaranties and warranties regarding the quality of the services.
A service level agreement can be a single binding contract between the parties or it can act as an umbrella agreement which records certain expectations of the customer following which the customer and service provider enter into a separate binding contract to agree the specific terms under which the services will be provided.
We represent both service providers and customers and are experienced in advising on and drafting service level agreements for a variety of services including:
- IT and software support
- Maintenance and cleaning
- Catering and hospitality
- Litigation and claim management
We ensure that each parties obligations and responsibilities are clearly identified and that payment terms are unambiguous.
