Joanne Wheeler
Joanne is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives who has gained extensive experience in residential property transactions since 1994. Joanne’s previous employers were a nationwide property firm with whom she worked with since 1994 before moving to the City in 2005.
Joanne has experience in all areas of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing including mortgage and re-mortgaging of freehold and leasehold property; transfers of equity of both freehold and leasehold properties; the merging of titles; Right to Buy, shared ownership and key worker purchases; and auction sales and purchases.
Joanne provides advice to lenders and assists off-shore companies and individuals when purchasing or selling property in the UK.
In addition to this, Joanne has assisted lenders, private clients and companies when acquiring, refinancing or selling commercial premises.
Joanne also has experience in licensing matters including applying for new premises licences; applying to transfer existing premises licences; applying for new designated premises supervisors and attending licensing tribunals on appeals.
