This is the legal term to describe the time limit within which you are allowed to issue legal proceedings at Court. The time limits are strict and non-compliance is likely to lead to your case being lost by default. A 3 year time limit generally applies to personal injury claims.
Has your personal injury claim been settled at an undervalue?/
