Losing your job can be a traumatic experience. Whether you are made redundant or dismissed for other reasons, this will be a difficult time for you and your family. Our role is to assist you during your period of uncertainty and give you strong support. Our Employment Law team will advise on any possible action you can take against your Employer and will consider a claim on your behalf for all potential employment claims including:

The maximum you can presently be awarded for unfair dismissal is £72,900. There is no limit on awards for discrimination claims.
We can advise you on any Employment Law problem. We will arrange strong representation for you in the Employment Tribunal if necessary.
