Sharon was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2003 and was awarded the Jules Thorn Scholarship. Sharon was admitted as a Solicitor in March 2005. Sharon speciliases in Family Law and is a member of Resolution.
Areas of expertise include:
- Predominantly dealing with Divorce and Ancillary Relief claims (financial settlements);
- Jurisdictional disputes - whether a divorce can and should be held in England and Wales, or whether a couple should divorce in a different jurisdiction;
- Pre/Post-Nuptial Agreements/Separation Agreements;
- Children's matters, including contact/residence orders;
- Cohabitation disputes including issues related to property, other assets and children;
- Injunctive Relief, including Non-Molestation and Occupations Orders, Freezing Orders.
Interests: Sharon is a keen scuba diver and prefers the adventurous side of life - climbing the Himalayas or diving in the Galapagos are more typical holidays for her than sunbathing on a beach. When in England, Sharon regularly enjoys going to the theatre and horse riding.
