Navid joined Rollingsons during January of 2017 and brings with him over 9 years’ litigation experience. He has a varied and complex civil and commercial litigation practice, with a particular interest in property litigation.
He advises on all aspect of professional negligence, company disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, contractual and tortious claims.
Navid acts for private and corporate landlords, high net-worth individuals, and in particular some of the Country’s largest property development companies. His practice encompassing trusts (claims brought under ‘TOLATA’), commercial and residential landlord & tenant, restrictive covenants, easements, boundary disputes, enfranchisement, lease extensions, rights to manage and service charge disputes.
Before joining Rollingsons, Navid was a leading solicitor in the ‘RBS Right Issue Litigation’* which successfully settled for £800 million.
Navid is also fluent in Farsi and Swedish.
