David Pollacchi is an experienced company commercial lawyer. Having originally qualified in Scotland in 1988, David requalified and was admitted as a Solicitor in England in 1990. David has a wealth of experience advising small and medium sized businesses covering a wide range of company commercial matters including buying and selling companies and businesses, restructuring, demergers, buy-outs/buy-ins, Shareholders Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Investment Agreements and related bespoke Articles of Association. David also advises on commercial contracts generally, terms of business (and how to implement them) and employment law matters as well as assisting director/shareholders on disputes when relationships become strained. David’s work spans a range of different sectors including IT, property, financial services, publishing, hotels, restaurants, telcos, healthcare and engineering. David is used to working on his own as well as part of a team, such as with property lawyers and other professional advisers, typically accountants and tax advisers.
In his spare time, David is a regular gym goer and has an interest in computing, IT and photography.
