Deborah qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and specialises in contentious probate.
She can assist in will disputes on behalf of both claimants and defendants. She also has extensive experience of assisting with Inheritance Act claims, where either no or insufficient provision has been made. She can also assist in challenging the validity of lifetime gifts and with contested Court of Protection matters. Deborah is personable and supportive putting clients at their ease during what can often be a stressful process.
Deborah is also an experienced employment solicitor acting on behalf of both employers and employees in all manner of employment issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, whistle blowing and complex and high-value discrimination claims. Notable cases

Eaton Williams Group –v- Symes PA/1008/07CEA assisted Claimant to obtain an award for 24 years loss of earnings in respect of his disability claim.
