Co-habitation Disputes (Non-Married Couples)

Currently in England and Wales, relationships (including same sex relationships) have no special status.  When non-married partners (or non Civil Partnership partners) sepearate, a complex area of trust and property legislation is used to determine the outcome.  This legislation is outside the divorce and separation legislation.
